I also trained attorneys to become court mediators. The skills I use in mediation are surprisingly relevant to real estate. Mediators listen carefully to the parties involved in a dispute, help them evaluate their options and negotiate a settlement. As a realtor, I also listen carefully to my clients. I ask questions to clarify exactly what they are looking for and then I search diligently to find it. I am open and honest about the pros and cons of any property. My goal is to find exactly the right property for you and then to negotiate the best possible price. I know that a real estate purchase is a big investment and I work very hard to help my clients make an informed and intelligent choice. ******************************************************************************************* In addition to being a licensed Florida realtor, I have an M.A. in social psychology from the University of Virgina and a B.A. in English Literature from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
